Does anyone else find that their brain just doesn't want to shut off after a long shift? I worked a double yesterday, and by the time I got home, I was too wired to sleep. I ended up falling down a massive rabbit hole of different adult subcultures and niche sites just to pass the time. It’s amazing how much variety there is once you get away from the "Popular" page of the big hubs. I stumbled upon
during my search and found some really unique content that wasn't just the usual scripted stuff. It actually helped me zone out and finally feel tired. What do you guys do when you’re stuck in that "too tired to sleep" limbo?

I usually just listen to ambient rain sounds or white noise to help me sleep. I’ve tried the "browsing until I’m tired" method, but it usually just keeps me awake longer because of the blue light. I’ve been reading a lot about sleep hygiene lately, and it’s actually really interesting how much our habits affect our rest. I’m trying to cut back on screen time, but it’s so hard when there’s so much to see online. I guess I’ll give it another twenty minutes and then actually try to close my eyes. Good luck with the sleep schedule!
